Overseeding, immediately after aeration, is a great option to be done in the spring. Lawns have a life cycle. Over time grass will die and new grass will grow. As time goes on, lawns tend to get thinner. This is a great opportunity to introduce new grass to your lawn and thicken it up to make it more difficult for weeds and crabgrass to take hold. After aeration there is a lot of soil (plugs and holes) exposed that the grass seed can attach itself to. This is a terrific service to incorporate into your lawn care every spring.
